Baked Sweet Potatoes

These are so simple to make and so yummy to eat! This is also an easy side that the kids can help with.

Gather enough sweet potatoes to feed your crowd.

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Wash the potatoes well and pierce each potato with a fork several times. Place the potatoes on a baking sheet lined with foil.Bake for about 45 minutes to an hour or until tender. Serve hot with a pat of butter and a sprinkle of brown sugar, if desired.
