We are currently trying our best to eat healthier so that we can enjoy life more. We have been getting a lot of inspiration from the Trim Healthy Mama books as well as from various other sites. During this learning process, we are trying out new supplements and products which will be mentioned in many of our recipes. If you don’t want these you can usually just omit them or you can substitute them with something else.
