I love to bake and decorate cakes for my family. This is great on carrot cake!
Cream Cheese Icing
- 2 8-oz packages cream cheese
- 1/2 c. butter, softened
- 2 t. vanilla
- 4 1/2 c. – 4 3/4 c. powdered sugar, sifted
Beat the cream cheese, butter, and vanilla together until light and fluffy.
Scrape the sides and bottom of the bowl often as you incorporate the sugar into the mixture.
Add in milk if needed to thin out the icing.
Beat until light and fluffy.
Use as desired and Enjoy!
