I absolutely love Papa’s eggnog but unfortunately, I don’t have permission to share it with everyone, yet. This cheesecake has not been tested with his recipe but it has been tried with other store-bought kinds and it is wonderful!
Try making your graham cracker crust with gingersnaps instead of graham crackers and use freshly ground nutmeg if at all possible!
No-Bake Eggnog Cheesecake
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 container whipped topping, thawed
1/2 c. sugar
- 2 3-oz boxes instant vanilla pudding mix
1 1/2 c. eggnog (your favorite kind)
- 2 tsp. ground nutmeg (optional)
- 1 graham cracker crust, homemade or store-bought
- whipped cream (optional)
Beat the cream cheese until creamy.
Mix in the whipped topping until smooth and add the sugar.
In another bowl mix together the pudding mix, eggnog, and nutmeg until smooth and slightly thickened.
Fold into the cream cheese mixture. stir until smooth.
Pour into the prepared crust, cover, and chill for at least one hour.
Garnish with additional whipped cream and ground nutmeg, if desired.
