I love cranberry sauce of any kind but this one is the bomb! It is so easy to make and it really does taste so much better than the kind in the can that you can find in every store around Thanksgiving.
Simple Cranberry Relish
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/8 t. salt
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- One 12-ounce bag cranberries, fresh or frozen
Mix everything together in a saucepan over medium-high heat.
Bring to a boil and then reduce to a simmer, cook 10-15 minutes until thickened.
Let cool and refrigerate until ready to serve.
