Boy did I have a busy day! I had to get up early to run some errands but I could’ve laid in bed a bit longer. I’ve been super exhausted lately… not sure exactly why but maybe the holidays and houseful of kids have something to do with it.

After I got back from town and took care of the fraud issue I mentioned in ‘Almost a Victim of Online Fraud’ it was time to work on the house. Our house is small and we jokingly call it the ‘Little House on The Pond’.I do love this place very much but I don’t love our current furniture placement. I’ve moved things around so much but there is really only one way to get it all to fit in the main room so today I tackled the closet. I used these Langria DIY Cubby Shelves to help me organize the closet. (These cubbies are on sale right now!)

It may not look very organized but it is so much better than it was! It’s hard to see but I made ‘bins’ to store my crinolines in.

After organizing the closet I’ve come to the conclusion that I should probably get a storage unit or portable shed. I just need somewhere to store some things until I can go through them and decide what to do with them.

Tuesday means square dancing with the Silver Stars in Ft. White! Oh what a time we had with lots of twirling. I love to twirl and have gotten confident enough to do it on my own sometimes… lol. The skirts and crinolines are absolutely beautiful when the ladies twirl as well.

I really like this outfit. Partially because I’m partial to pink and someone just gave me a super fluffy pink crinoline to wear.

Also I’m partial to peacocks. DD18 gave me these peacock earrings and necklace as an early Christmas gift. She found them on Wish.com.

I love this little group too. It’s hard to believe that just a few short months ago we didn’t even know each other. It is so nice to be able to get out of the house for a couple of hours and have some adult conversation too!

I like to say ‘square dancing is good for the heart, mind, body, and soul’ and it really is. It is also a very family friendly activity. When classes start up I will have at least a couple of kids joining me for square dancing.

On the way home we discussed plans for a big event that we have coming up this weekend. We also talked about recruiting new dancers and possible exhibition opportunities. I’m excited to bring in new people so they can have this experience.

We arrived home and I noticed that there was the biggest bug I’d ever seen crawling away from the porch. Upon closer inspection I realized it wasn’t a bug but a baby turtle!

Isn’t he cute? I’m going to keep him until tomorrow so I can show the kids. I’m sure they’ll love helping me let him loose in the pond.

I almost forgot the tea! I recently received a Coffee and Tea Sample box from Amazon. (When you have Amazon Prime it ships FREE! You can <a href=”http://Join Amazon Family 30-Day Free Trial” target=”_blank” rel=”noopener”>Try Amazon Prime 30-Day Free Trial right now.) It was full of various teas and coffee drinks to try out. Today I tried out the Honey Green Tea by the @Honest company. It says it is just a tad sweet and that it is. I can drink my tea sweet or unsweetened, I really did like this drink although I prefer sweet. It is also only 70 calories per bottle, if you are counting calories, which I don’t but probably should. If you like green tea or unsweetened tea you should definitely give this a try!

I guess I better get some sleep as I’m sure tomorrow will be just as busy as today if not more so.
