This can be a quick and easy lunch or snack. You can eat it on bread, toast, crackers, or even plain. You can also serve it with a salad, hard-boiled egg, and some sliced peaches w/cottage cheese for a cold dinner plate.
- 2- 5 oz cans of tuna, drained well
- 2-3 T. mayo
- 1 T. relish (optional)
- salt and pepper to taste (we like to use mineral salt or Lawry’s garlic salt)
Mix everything together and enjoy.
