Tuna Salad

This can be a quick and easy lunch or snack. You can eat it on bread, toast, crackers, or even plain. You can also serve it with a salad, hard boiled egg, and some sliced peaches w/cottage cheese for a cold dinner plate.

Tuna Salad

Ingredients:

  • 2- 5 oz cans of tuna, drained well
  • 2-3 T. mayo
  • 1 T. relish (optional)

Directions:

Mix everything together and enjoy.
