Crockpot Chicken Marinara w/Veggies


  • 4 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs
  • 6 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 2 (12-ounce) cans crushed tomatoes
  • 6 stalks celery, diced
  • 2 small zucchini, diced
  • 2 bell peppers, diced
  • 1 c. sliced mushrooms
  • 1 jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1 T. Italian seasoning
  • salt and pepper, to taste


Place the first 7 ingredients in a crockpot. Pour sauce on top and sprinkle with seasonings, stir to blend ingredients.

Cover and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours.

Remove the chicken and shred. Return back to crock pot and stir into sauce.

Serve over cooked noodles.
