This is a fairly simple meal to make and it is so good. Everyone loves this here!
Parmesan Crusted Pork Chops
- 8-10 pork chops
- 2 c. Italian breadcrumbs
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 packet of Italian or Ranch dressing mix
- 1 c. Ranch dressing
- Salt and pepper to taste
Place the chops in a large container and pour the ranch dressing over top. Let sit while you work on the rest.
Preheat oven to 375.
Line a large baking sheet with foil and spray well.
Mix the breadcrumbs, the dressing packet, and the Parmesan cheese in a Ziploc bag or container (I like to use a pie dish).
Coat both sides of the chops with the breadcrumb mixture. Place on greased pan.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper, if desired.
Bake for 45 minutes or so until cooked through and browned.
