These are the easiest biscuits ever! I have never had them fail me yet.
No-Fail 7 Up biscuits
Ingredients:
- 4 cups baking mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup 7-up
- 1/2 cup melted butter
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425.
Place the butter in a 9×13 pan and put it into the oven.
Mix baking mix, sour cream and 7 up together. The dough will be very soft but that’s OK!
Knead and fold dough until coated with your baking mix.
Pat dough out and cut biscuits into squares with a pizza cutter.
Remove the pan from the oven.
Place biscuits on top of melted butter.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until brown.
