We all have the basic need for food but sometimes we don’t have a lot of time to make something to eat. This page will be dedicated to meals that can be fixed in 15 minutes or less.

Easy Bean Tostadas


Egg Salad Sandwiches

I usually have boiled eggs in the fridge and this can com together really quickly. Serve on bread or toast for a quick meal or snack.


Fluffernutters


Fried Egg Sandwich

Fry one egg per sandwich. Use your favorite condiments, salt and pepper.


Ham and cheese tacos

Spread mayo or your favorite condiment on a flour tortilla. Add ham and a slice of cheese. You can also add any other toppings you like. Roll it up and enjoy!


Oven Toasted Cheese Sandwiches


Quesadillas


Peanut Butter or PB&J tacos

Spread peanut butter (and jelly, if you like) on a flour tortilla and roll it up to eat.

Scrambled Egg Sandwiches

Pretty much like it sounds. Take 1-2 eggs person and scramble them up. Place between 2 slices of bread or toast, use your favorite condiment, and enjoy. You can also put a piece of cheese on the warm eggs.


Tomato Sandwiches

Slice up your tomato. Place between 2 slices of bread. I add mayo, salt, and pepper to mine.

Tuna Salad

We enjoy this for a quick lunch and/or snack. Sometimes we’ll even have it as a cod dinner with a salad, hard boiled egg, and sliced peaches with cottage cheese.

My favorite is to top it with a slice of juicy tomato on a sandwich!
